Participants will learn how to set intentionality and observe and interact with the present moment. Join Outreach and Engagement Librarian, Chris Robinson, as he guides the class on a mindfulness journey starting with a brief mediation session, followed by tea-making, drinking, and discussion. Registration is required. Space is limited. This a B.Y.O.M (Bring Your Own Mug) event. All other supplies will be provided. This a Dare2Learn event for faculty and staff only.
